How do I submit the drawing?

There are three ways to submit your child's drawing to us.

• The simplest, fastest and EARTH FRIENDLY way is to upload the image to our website.
• The second way is to email the image and forms.
• Lastly, you may mail a color copy of the drawing. The copy should not exceed 8½" X 11".
  Please do not send the original drawings as they will not be returned.

How do I receive my animation?

This totally EARTH FRIENDLY product is delivered to you within 3 business days via an email link. You can receive it ANYWHERE in the WORLD as long as you have Internet access. You can forward to as many friends or family as you wish, as long as they have internet access.

What are the differences between the products?

The differences are in animation frames which vary the length of the animation. For more detailed information go to products and read all the information.

What can I do with the animation?

I don't have Internet, how can I access the forms?

You can access it from any computer it doesn't need to be yours. If you have a relative or a friend with a computer you can do it. You can even use any library or local internet places, and create a new online (internet) account, it's very simple. Or by contacting us at via our contact form and one of our representatives will contact you within 48 hours.

What happens if I don't receive the email link?

Your animation link will be delivered within 3 business days. If you do not get the link e-mailed to you by the third business day - it there. Just check your SPAM or junk mail folder - many servers block links. Click this link and enter your email address to retrieve your custom animation. If you are still having trouble, please contact us.
